What is Coaching?

Coaching is a process designed to help you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be in life. The coach will help to set and achieve goals to create the future you desire.

The main steps are :

  • analyze the current situation
  • set goals
  • identify the limiting thoughts and behaviors
  • break negative patterns
  • create a custom action plan and measure progress
  • overcome fear and transform obstacles into growth, success and fulfillment in life
  • motivate you and keep you focused and efficient throughout the process

The coach will challenge you, support you and help you achieve milestones and turn dreams into a concrete reality.

Why would I need a Coaching/Coach?

1/ You can't do it yourself

There are things that you want to achieve or get rid of but you can’t figure out how to do it. You’ve tried a few things that didn’t yield quick results, so you’ve stopped and stayed in your comfort zone. A coach can help you get out of your comfort zone and achieve real growth and extraordinary results.

2/ Get closer to people who have been there

It is always best to get in touch with people who have had the same problem and found a way to solve it. They will be the best guides to understand you and give you the best advice.

3/ Sometimes it's easier to talk to someone you don't know

Talking to someone you don’t know, who won’t judge you in a confidential setting, gives you the feeling of being in a safe place.

4/ Even stars and athletes need a coach

The most professional people in their field have a coach, why? Because they need someone they can rely on to help them structure themselves and be regular, to take an unbiased look and see the big picture. The coach can provide an improvement plan and all the tools to motivate themselves and get rid of mental limitations. The coach will also look after the coachee’s life balance (respecting and controlling the impact on loved ones).

5/ Beware of your friends' advices

Very often, friends or relatives give advice or tell you what they would do if they were in the same position (they usually aren’t, and never have been!). Certain changes or problems you wish to resolve can have a major impact on your life, so it’s always best to turn to a professional who will ensure that you find your own solutions (the best ones) while respecting yourself and those around you.

6/ Learning to change, real change that lasts over time

A coach is an ambassador for change, he knows how to do it well and how to make it sustainable.

"The only educated person is the one who has learned to learn... and to change."
Carl Rogers
Humanistic Psychologist

What are the main advantages of Coaching over other methods?

1/ The technique produces fast results

Coaching is all about focusing on what needs to be achieved. When all energy and attention is focused on a goal, using powerful tools, results are particularly quick to come.

2/ Moving into action

Right from the start, it’s concrete, there are actions to carry out that bring us closer to the goal at every moment.

"I moved into action, which most people don't, there are two moments of happiness, when you have a passionate dream and when you realize it, in between there are a lot of doubts, wishes to give up. We should follow our dreams, knowing that it's one of the most complicated things to do, because it's up to ourselves. There are moments of pleasure, but also moments of discouragement. Pain is a necessary part of the learning process before we can achieve mastery and fulfillment."
Jean-Louis Etienne

3/ Flexibility

Coaching is flexible, it can be done online from anywhere, you can stay at home if you wish. I also adapt to your pace when you feel you need more time to implement change.

What are the main outcome of Coaching?

1/ Improving self-confidence and self-awareness

You’ll know more about yourself and feel more confident. This is the key to making the best decisions and taking action to live the life you really want.

2/ Reach your goal faster

You take charge of your goal, so you’re much more likely to achieve it. With Coaching, you’ll get there faster than on your own.

3/ Better well-being

You’ll feel much more relaxed, and this serenity will translate into better sleep, less stress and better health.

4/ More energy, more excitment

Reaching a goal and achieving something gives you satisfaction, more energy and happiness. You’ll then be in the best possible condition to take on the next challenge.

5/ Better communication and better relations

Communication is a key element in most objectives. You’ll learn to communicate better and have better relationships with others.
